This policy explains how we handle information collected through this website — for example, when you browse pages, use our calculators, start our guided questionnaire, or submit a contact or rate-quote form.
If you go on to apply for a mortgage loan with us, the financial information you provide in that application is governed by a separate notice. Federal law treats mortgage lenders as financial institutions, and the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act requires us to give you a specific privacy notice describing how we collect, share and protect the nonpublic personal information in your loan file. You will receive that notice when you apply, and annually thereafter for as long as you are our customer. You choose what to provide. Some of it is necessary for us to answer a question or prepare an estimate; if you leave it out, we may not be able to help.

Your rights under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley notice and the Fair Credit Reporting Act still apply to that information.
